Surin Snapshots provides on-location photography services for small events within Surin and nearby districts, subject to availability, venue access, and agreed coverage details. Any booking is confirmed only after the event scope, priorities, and access arrangements have been reviewed.

Fees and Payment
Fees are quoted on a project basis according to the schedule, venue access, and deliverables agreed for the event. A deposit may be required to secure a booking, and accepted payment methods are limited to those communicated at the time of confirmation.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate event information, obtaining any required venue permission, and arranging reasonable access for photography. Surin Snapshots may decline or limit coverage where access, timing, or site rules prevent proper performance of the service.

Intellectual Property
OCPB ThailandAll photographs and related materials remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights unless a separate written license states otherwise. No RAW files, rejected images, or unedited camera files are included by default, and any permitted use of delivered images is limited to the agreed license.

Disclaimer of Liability
WIPOPhotography services are provided with reasonable care, but no guarantee is made as to exact poses, expressions, attendance, weather, backgrounds, or the final number of edited images. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Surin Snapshots is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from event conditions or third-party acts.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Thailand, and any dispute should first be raised with Surin Snapshots in good faith. If a matter cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts in Thailand.
